It's a Wonderful Life

So this was the first time that all of Erik's siblings were at their parent's house for Christmas since 2003 I think. We started the Nativity play right away after the Nyholm's family friend, the Broughs came over. Wyatt was Joseph for about 4 minutes, and then decided the pressure was too much.  Jackson was one of the wise men. Beautiful angel Anna Iva as Mary Angel Bailey Toa made a pretty cute baby Jesus Jadie didn't looked too pleased to be an angel Erik stepped in to fill the role of Joseph, when Wyatt decided he'd rather be a wise man. After a super yummy ham dinner, the kids played the much anticipated White Elephant game.  Jackson was pretty happy he ended up with the police handcuffs he brought, haha.  We spent such a great week in Livermore leading up to Christmas.  There were a whole lot of people, but luckily we all love each other.  Actually considering how many people were there, it was quite comfortable and roomy.  I was a bit lazy and didn't take a ton of pictures, but here they are . . . a little out of order. Such a great Grammy keeping the kids entertained and feeling loved.  They are so lucky. raffling off the traditional Christmas quilt.  Erik and I won ours last year and we love it! pretty Iva On Friday, we all took a family picture. It was surprisingly really relaxed and went well.    10 grand kids all 5 and under- yikes! :)  Kind of an awkward picture, but here we are!  Hanging out the park with the potato launcher that the boys built One night, Robert and Janet got babysitters and all of the adult went out to dinner.  It was fun going out with Erik on a real live date :)
