'Twas the Week Before School . . . .
Oh goodness, this summer break went by waaaay too fast! I feel very lucky with how great our break turned out. The most wonderful part of it was of course, our trip back home to CA. The rest of the break was pretty chill. We didn't do too many outings or spend too much money. The boys finally got into a great habit at doing their daily chores (which thankfully has carried over into their new school schedule as well!). Their chores were: making their beds, cleaning their rooms, eating and cleaning up after breakfast (well they just had to remember to bring their bowl and spoon up to the sink). Jackson's additional cleaning chore alternated between vacuuming his room, cleaning their bathroom, or taking out the trash for pick up.
